What You'll Do:

Field Incoming Calls and Texts: Assist guests with their needs, from booking reservations to troubleshooting issues.
Provide Expert Assistance: Answer questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and travel tips.
Resolve Issues Efficiently: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Document Interactions: Accurately record all guest interactions and requests.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Need:

Fluency in Spanish and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer systems and software.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and find solutions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous record-keeping and accuracy.
