We are currently looking for bilingual and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Cafe Associate.

Position Overview:

As a Cafe Associate, you will be the face of our cafe, providing excellent service to our customers. We are particularly interested in individuals who can help us cater to our diverse clientele. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy interacting with people, and are fluent in both French and English, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Handle food items, including pastries and light meals, with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
• Process payments and handle cash register transactions accurately.
• Provide information about our menu and answer customer inquiries.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency (fluent in English and French) mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous experience in a cafe or customer service role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
