Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team at HR Employer Solutions Group in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that medical instruments, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, sterilized, and stored for safe use. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $30 per hour, paid weekly. Compensation & Benefits:

• Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize medical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment
• Inspect instruments for defects and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
• Assemble and package instruments for sterilization according to departmental procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all sterilization processes
• Follow all infection control and safety policies and procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a timely and respectful manner
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain knowledge of current sterilization techniques and protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited sterile processing program preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
