Job Title: Accountability Coaches

Job type: part time allowed with full time preferred 

Location: Remote (Work from home)

Salary: $100 per month (Rs.8,000) probationary period. $100-$120 (Rs. 8,000-10,000) per month after that depending on performance and experience.

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM EST (Monday to Saturday)

We are a US based **start-up**, looking for motivated and empathetic Remote Accountability Coaches to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to set goals, develop action plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure they stay on track. You will empower individuals to reach their full potential through encouragement, accountability, and guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Client engagement: build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and motivations by conducting regular check-ins via video calls, phone, or messaging platforms.
* Goal setting: assist clients in setting realistic and achievable goals. Develop personalized action plans tailored to individual needs.
* Progress monitoring: track client’s progress towards their goals and provide constructive feedback. Adjust strategies as necessary to ensure clients stay on track.
* Motivational support: encourage clients to maintain motivation through challenges. Provide tools and resources to enhance accountability and productivity.
* Communication: maintain clear and consistent communication with clients. Documents sessions and client progress to track development over time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or related fields.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Familiarity with goal-setting frameworks and accountability practices.
* Proficiency in using digital communication skills.
* **EXCELLENT ENGLISH SPOKEN AND VERBAL SKILLS**

Skill based job. Will be considered if they have any prior experience and personality qualities we want.
