Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Part Time Tax Preparer in Shallotte, NC!

Description:
You will own the preparation of simple and complex, individual, and small business Federal and State tax returns. You will play an important role in promoting our services and expertise to prospects and clients.

Qualifications:

• Prior individual and business tax preparation experience in a tax practice or retail setting are required.
• Knowledge of tax laws, and tax concepts, and familiarity with form 1040 and schedules.
• Ability/motivation to expand expertise and obtain a tax credential or certification.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to empathize and instill confidence.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable tax laws, regulations, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with common tax preparation, word processing, and spreadsheet software applications, gathering all required documents.
• Great organization skills, including time management and strategic thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Obtain signatures and payments.
• Attend professional education courses.
• Other duties assigned.
  
   

Rate of Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 Per Hour.

Hours: PART TIME 8:30 am to 6:00 pm 3 days a week and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday.
