Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Senior Tax Attorney to provide strategic legal counsel across corporate real estate and M&A tax matters . This role offers opportunities to engage with nonprofit tax law guide clients through audits and support tax planning and compliance . With potential for Senior Associate or Partner track this position is ideal for a motivated attorney seeking growth and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate and real estate tax matters
  
• Advise on tax planning compliance and transactional strategies
  
• Collaborate with M&A teams to manage tax implications for acquisitions and mergers
  
• Offer nonprofit tax law guidance when applicable
  
• Assist clients with audit processes and complex tax issues
  
• Build client relationships and support the firm s continued growth through engagement and collaboration
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission in the relevant state(s)
  
• 5 years of experience (Senior Associate) or 10 years (Partner) in tax law
  
• Expertise in corporate real estate or M&A tax
  
• Experience in nonprofit tax law is a plus
