Our client is a leading Generative AI platform seeking a Senior React Developer that enhances the efficiency of government and commercial teams across various domains—from coding and cybersecurity to acquisition and data analysis. As a Senior React Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our B2B applications and experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable web applications.
• UI Development: Design and develop user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Industry Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in React development, incorporating them into our development processes.
• Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Tool Proficiency: Use modern development tools and frameworks to create high-quality code and interactive prototypes.
• Feasibility Assessment: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building complex web applications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and React.js.
• B2B Focus: Experience in optimizing applications for complex B2B environments.
• Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective in cross-functional team environments.
• Attention to Detail: A passion for clean code, user-centered design, and a strong attention to detail.
• Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship is required, as this role may require obtaining a Department of Defense Secret clearance.

Screening Process:

• Technical Assessment: You may undergo a technical assessment to evaluate your proficiency in React, JavaScript, and related technologies.

• Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, and any criminal records. Any involvement in activities that may pose a risk to national security will also be checked.
• Security Clearance: The candidate may be required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, depending on project requirements.
