Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Remote Executive Assistant (Entry Level) to join our team at FDF Energy. As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to executives, including email and phone correspondence, calendar management, and travel arrangements
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
· Manage and maintain accurate records and files
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
· Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
· 3+ years of executive-level administrative experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work accurately and efficiently
· Strong attention to detail and discretion
· Reliable internet connection and necessary technology for remote work
