Junior Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to assist in managing residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of residential construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management
• Help manage project budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or construction
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with residential construction processes and regulations
