Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Technician for our Injection Blow Molding team, who works the 2 pm to 11 pm shift at our state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis, IN, 46268. As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our injection blow molding processes, contributing to producing high-quality products. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection blow molding machines to meet production specifications.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Train and mentor new team members on best practices and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a technical degree or certification in manufacturing are preferred.
• Proven experience in injection blow molding or related manufacturing processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
