Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination:

• Plan and organize client travel schedules, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Manage travel bookings using online systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Research and recommend travel options tailored to client preferences.

Customer Service:

• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat to address client inquiries.
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, and any special requests to meet client needs.
• Handle concerns or issues with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.

Scheduling Support:

• Oversee and manage travel itineraries, keeping all details up-to-date and accessible.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm and finalize schedules.
