Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize electronic health records (EHR) with precision
Ensure accurate document management and file organization
Prepare and organize informational packets for team use
Maintain and update spreadsheets to track relevant data
Handle inbound calls in a friendly, detail-oriented manner
Manage sensitive customer and medical information with confidentiality
Audit medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Create charts and graphs for clear data representation
Process insurance claims and assist with related administrative tasks
Position Details:

Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 6 months with the potential for permanent placement
Location: Fully remote
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18+ per hour, based on experience
What You Need to Succeed:

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Experience with Epic Software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, especially for inbound calls
Solid auditing skills for maintaining accurate records
Experience in managing insurance claims and related administrative duties
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
