Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements. Ensure proper training of employees, assign and direct work overseeing day to day operations of the Maintenance Department. Manage team schedule and hours Oversee projects to completion including supervision of contractors to ensure projects are completed correctly, on time, and under budget. Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams that focus on process improvement Assist in developing, evaluating, and editing preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Assist with inspection and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical and mechanical systems. Lead regular department meetings. Work with vendors on new technology. Evaluate downtime. Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and Department of Health requirements Coach, develop and discipline employees as necessary while maintaining a positive work environment. Promote a safe work environment, maintaining clean and organized workspace Perform other related duties as assigned.
