Job Description
This manager position will serve as the strategic leader and operational manager for the Enterprise Data Engineering & Analytics Team. Their primary responsibility is to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality data analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making and support organizational goals.

1. Responsible for the hiring of Team Leads, Application Analysts and Clinical Specialists.
2. Promotes professional growth and development through leadership activities and continuing education and training.
Relationship Management/Customer Service
1. Coordinates/communicates effectively with the Executive Director, IT Project Directors, peer Managers (clinical and otherwise), Project Managers, Team Leads and Analysts/Specialists.
2. Establishes positive partnerships with internal customers and effectively manages these relationships.
3. Provides oversight of vendor relationships and vendor issue resolution as needed.
Leadership/Program Management
1. Provides managerial leadership for project and/or production support staff.
2. Provides leadership, activity planning, coordination and directions to complete the assigned project team tasks, produce the required deliverables, track and resolve issues, and meet the relevant project milestones.
3. Responsible for day to day administration of the assigned application, with assistance from the Project Manager(s) and Team Lead(s).
4. Monitors the status of the project and production support activities to ensure completion of project deliverables on agreed upon timeframe.
5. Ensures quality of final deliverables assigned to the team.
Other duties as assigned
Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Certification: Epic certification.
Experience Required : Seven years of experience in information technology services, to include two years supervisory/management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred Experience: IT healthcare experience, experience as a lead or manager of an Analytics team , •Epic Certifications - Cogito
