Lead JavaScript Developer Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead JavaScript Developer to join our remote team. As a lead developer specializing in JavaScript, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications using Angular, Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of innovative solutions and ensuring the seamless operation of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of cutting-edge applications using Angular, Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB
• Design and implement scalable and secure applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new functionalities and features
• Drive the development of innovative solutions, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in JavaScript application development
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
• Proven expertise in Angular, Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment on AWS
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications using Angular and Node.js
• Proficiency in database design and management with MongoDB
• Solid understanding of frontend and backend development processes
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Fluency in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience working in a large-scale global organization with a focus on cloud-based applications
• Certification in AWS or related technologies
• Familiarity with other frontend frameworks and database systems
