Lead JavaScript Developer Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team and lead the development of innovative software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software that meets our high standards for quality and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software solution design, development, and testing
• Manage project timelines and define project specifications
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to optimize software performance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative work environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in React and JavaScript
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Competency in Node.js and Microsoft Azure
• Fluent English language skills (B2+)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
