Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Franchise Success Department. This role involves coordinating and managing projects aimed at enhancing franchise operations, ensuring franchisee satisfaction, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to franchise operations and support.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Task Management: Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to franchisees on new processes and systems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, IT, and finance teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Project Completion Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
  • Franchisee Satisfaction: Measured through surveys and feedback from franchisees.
  • Task Completion Rate: Percentage of tasks completed by the assigned deadlines.
  • Budget Adherence: Percentage of projects completed within the allocated budget.
  • Risk Mitigation: Number of identified risks successfully mitigated.
  • Training Effectiveness: Improvement in franchisee performance post-training, measured through specific metrics.
  • Communication Efficiency: Timeliness and clarity of communication with stakeholders, measured through feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of franchise operations is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position based in our Duluth, Georgia office.
  • Occasional travel to franchise locations may be required.
  • Free lunch (Monday - Thursday)
