- Jr. Staff Accountant

An Indianapolis/Columbus based manufacturing operation has an entry level position as a Jr. Staff Accountant. A CNC Machining operation- 50 people strong. This is a full-time/hourly position with reporting in two locations. Our office hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday.

The detailed job functions are listed below:

Job Functions :

• Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation.

• Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices and reconciliation.

• Credit Card expense tracking.

• Cash Management/Banking

• Updating financial records via accounting software

• Preparing quarterly budget review under the purview of senior management

• Analyzing financial statements and preparing journal entries.

Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to detail, problem solving abilities.

• Working with Epicor and have experience in ERP change in manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication skills and working with senior management.

• Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
