The Windstream team provides innovative software and network solutions to connect people and empower business in a world of infinite possibilities! _____________________________ IT Business Consultant About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Consultant to support our Salesforce instance and join our IT team. You will play a role in requirements review, solutioning, code acceptance testing and Salesforce Administration. This role requires great communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate well with peers, developers, and business partners. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate work needed into ADO User Stories. Code acceptance testing to include test case documentation, execution and reporting of results. Manage specific order queues to correct failure points and identify failures that require reporting for system corrections. Stay up to date on Salesforce skills, utilizing Trailhead and other educational resources. Skills: Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional time management, ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with proper task prioritization. Demonstrate initiative, problem solving and sound decision making. Ability to comprehend abstract and complex concepts. Effectively collaborate in a team environment as well as work independently with little supervision. Salesforce associate knowledge including ability to support end users, manage data and audits. Ability to create SFDC Reports and Dashboards to support workloads, users and audits. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or 5+ years relevant work experience in the IT field.
