Corporate Title Assistant Vice President
Location Jacksonville, FL
Overview To act as a primary client/trade service representative managing client operational experience with Deutsche Bank across all Foreign Exchange products. Ensuring to minimize operational risk in conjunction with all pertinent Bank Controls. Work with both front office Trading & Sales, Middle Office/Sales Support and Back Office Operations in India to ensure any escalations are reviewed and resolved timely. Partnering with Internal Teams such as Anti Financial Control, Risk and Control, Client On-Boarding, Legal etc.

What You'll Do - Create Monthly Metrics pack for the Business related to trades paid from Suspense and Third-Party payments
- Draft Net Present Value agreements when required ensuring relevant approvals from the Front office have been received and are verified and validated
- Engage with Front Office to review Operational Processes, static data and assist with resolving client disputes
- Assist with coordination of relevant Global Teams when high profile sensitive payments are in play. Work with India Teams to assist in resolution of any escalations
- Required Background Application Knowledge Helpful; FXALL Settlement Center, Trade-Nexus (GTSS), Misys, Omgeo-ALERT
- Be a senior escalation in US Hours for all Foreign Exchange (FX) Settlement issues that arise
Skills You'll Need - Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office) and communication Skills, Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge helpful but not mandatory
- Keen listening and comprehension to be able to ascertain and deduce issues
- Relevant experience in Foreign Exchange knowledge preferable
- Willingness to deal with multiple internal areas to forge strong relationships
- Ability to handle escalations
Skills That Will Help You Excel - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken ability to get to the point quickly
- Collaborative Team Player willing to possibly Cross Over to learn New Products
- Assertiveness and competence in dealing with the Front Office
- Self-motivated and willingness to take on escalations in order to resolve
- Self-starter and being proactive to highlight and escalate issues as they arrive
Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $63,000 to $90,300. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
