Full-Time Nanny in Dover MA-$74,880 per year

Hourly Rate: $32 per hour

Start Date : End of the Year (2024)

Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM on two days; 8:30 AM start on other days, with a guaranteed 45 hours per week -Flexibility on Hours

Benefits : 2 weeks of paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, and paid holidays

Seeking a compassionate, dependable, and creative full-time nanny for a family with three children ages 10, 5, and 2. Candidates must have experience working with children of similar ages, and be able to engage with each child in a way that respects their individual personalities and needs. Main responsibility will be caring for the 2-year-old during the day, with the added responsibility of managing the older children after school.

Responsibilities :

• Engage and care for the 2-year-old while other children are in school.
• Oversee the afterschool routine for all three children, including homework help, driving to activities, and ensuring individual attention for each child.
• Assist with breakfast dishes, children’s laundry, and organizing their rooms and belongings. (Housekeeper provided; no deep cleaning required.)
• Encourage age-appropriate activities and maintain a consistent routine, particularly for the 2-year-old during the day.

Requirements:

• Reliable and responsible
• Previous experience with children of varying ages, and the ability to connect meaningfully with each one.
• Covid-19 Vaccination: Up-to-date Covid vaccination and boosters
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for school and activity drop-offs/pickups (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Pet-Friendly: Comfortable around the family’s medium-sized dog.

• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must be authorized to work in the US
