Job Description As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate gatherings to large-scale conferences and social functions. Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be essential as you work collaboratively with clients to bring their visions to life. Responsibilities

Plan and execute a variety of events according to client specifications.
Negotiate contracts with vendors including venues, caterers, and entertainment.
Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and on-site management.
Develop and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Liaise with clients to ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the planning process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning and project management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
