Job Description

As a Travel Event Planner, you will work closely with clients to help organize and execute travel-related events, such as corporate retreats, destination weddings, and group travel experiences. This position is commission-based, allowing you to earn based on the events you plan and execute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients to understand their travel and event needs.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning travel itineraries, accommodations, and activities tailored to client preferences.
• Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and local vendors to secure the best options for clients.
• Budget Assistance: Help clients create and manage event budgets, finding cost-effective solutions.
• Logistics Support: Assist with travel arrangements and logistical details to ensure seamless event execution.
• Marketing: Promote services through social media, networking, and community outreach to attract new clients.
• Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and assist with any issues that arise during the planning process.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; a passion for travel and event planning is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working on a commission basis.
