Job description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting and human resources, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language. This role is essential for enhancing our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a diverse candidate pool that meets the needs of our organization. Duties Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media channels to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct reference checks and assist in negotiating offers for selected candidates. Support executive recruiting efforts for specialized roles within the organization. Foster positive employee relations by addressing any concerns or inquiries from candidates and new hires. Assist in talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Skills Proven experience in recruiting, including HR sourcing and executive recruiting. Proficiency with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and a second language. Familiarity with HRIS systems and ADP for payroll processing. Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes. Knowledge of talent management principles and employee relations best practices.
