Job Description

Part Time or Full Time Barista & Server opportunity in a beautiful French Bakery Pastry Café.

Opening at 7:30 am and closing at 4:30 PM.

Salary:

• Barista/server: hourly rate depends on Experience in other Specialty Coffee Shops
• $13-16/H which includes Credit Card tip. Means credit card tip is in this hourly range not on top !! cash tip is on top !
• Note: test and training period required for 1 to 3 days before approval of hiring.
• Note : Minimum wage applies in case you leave in the first 15 days or in case of bad performance in the first two weeks.
• Possibility to grow and manage if you have leadership skills
• Must be able to help driving Café Vendôme's car for delivery to second location from time to time ( 2 miles away)

Once you learn your tasks it is also important to train new hired employee and do weekly inventory.

Shifts starts at 7:30 AM or 9:00 AM and ends at 2:30 PM or 4 30 PM

Proven working experience as a Barista in Specialty Coffee Shop is a plus BUT NOT Mandatory!

Café Vendôme is a French Bakery Pastry Café ( Parisian Style) in Sandy Springs and North of Buckhead Atlanta, is looking for one barista to join our customer oriented team. We are located on 4969 Roswell Road Suite 155 Atlanta and 6400 Blue Stone Rd Sandy Springs

Our ideal candidate has Server Experience, ethical, self driven, understand service concept, and autonomous. We teach you how to be a good Barista!

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and tables
• Serve Pastry and Viennoiseries
• Run sandwiches and salad
• POS used are Toast
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Autonomy and anticipation of tasks
