A & A Window Products in Detroit, MI is looking for one highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for accurately compiling, verifying, and sorting information, as well as reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.

Responsibilities

• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information accordingly
• Review data for deficiencies or errors
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Scan documents and print files when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide administrative support, including email handling, calendar management, and data entry
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data entry or administrative assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
